Entitlements to fares and travel allowances
Employees will be paid travel time allowances as described in the table below for each day on which they present themselves for work.

Incolink (Redundancy)

CPI increase
Incolink now has only one account, the Incolink Redundancy Account. Incolink has moved to one account to make it easier and fairer for workers. This was as done as part of making the Incolink COVID-19 payments available.
Initial Claims were capped at $5,654 this has been increased to up to $8,000.

Previously in a severance account you were taxed 32% on all claims. Now you’ll have the opportunity to claim tax free if you are made genuinely redundant.
Under Australian taxation law, genuine redundancies attract a 0% tax rate, any other reasons such as resignation, shortage of work or for casual workers a 32% tax rate applies. For these rates to apply, the member must provide a Tax File Number at the point of claim.
Apprentices may be able to make a claim if they have been made redundant due to the lack of work and have been working on a construction site.

You are paid at your normal gross weekly rate of pay, including all site allowances but excluding travel, fares, overtime and leave loading.
After 7 years = 9.1 weeks
10 years = 13 weeks
