Omicron outbreak – support for Incolink members

If you are still employed but unable to work as a result of COVID-19, you may be eligible to access some of your Incolink funds by way of the Incolink COVID-19 Payment.

Eligible worker members receive an Incolink COVID-19 payment of $2,000 or the balance of your account (whichever amount is lower) if you must self-isolate or if you are stood down. You can re-apply for this every 28-days if you continue to be eligible and funds remain in your account.

Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment – Services Australia

This payment is a support if you can't earn an income because you or someone you’re caring for has to self-isolate or quarantine due to COVID-19.

Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment provides $750 for each 7 day period you’ve been told to self-isolate or quarantine or are caring for someone who has COVID-19. A new claim is required for each 7 day period.

The COVID-19 early release of super program closed on 31 December 2020. You can no longer apply for early access to some of your superannuation.

All members including regional based members can access Incolink counselling services across Victoria and Tasmania simply by calling 1300 000 129 anytime.

The team provides access to a range of personal counselling services

  • Alcohol & other drugs support
  • Financial Rights support

A great initiative has been achieved by the members "Wellbeing and Support Services" at Incolink to provide free 24/7 support to Members requiring counselling and support. These services are made available by Union Member contributions to Incolink through your redundancy fund as part of your EBA.
