Wage rates & Site allowances
Wage rates apply from 1 March 2017. Site Allowances apply from 1st October 2016.
Entitlements to fares and travel allowances
Employees will be paid travel time allowances as described in the table below for each day on which they represent themselves for work.

Initial payment from the Incolink Severance/Redundancy Account increases to $5,239.00 (Default Fund)
Under 55 years of age taxed at 30%
55 and over taxed at 15%
Workers can select to have their Redundancy funds held in a Genuine Redundancy Account. Worker's will be eligible to claim funds at nil or reduced tax, on being made genuinely redundant. The entire balance will be paid out when a genuine redundancy claim is made. To find out more, contact Incolink.
Apprentices may be able to make a claim if they have been made redundant due to the lack of work and have been working on a construction site.

How much money do I get?
You are paid at your normal gross weekly rate of pay, including all site allowances but excluding travel, fares, overtime and leave loading.
After 7 years = 9.1 weeks
10 years = 13 weeks on full pay
